IT-Operations Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Operations Engineer to join our team in working on innovative projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role involves active participation in system administration, support of DevOps processes, and collaboration with an international team of engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration and support of Azure Active Directory (Admin and Global Admin roles).
  • Management and maintenance of Linux servers (Nginx, Apache, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Configuration and support of network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco) and VPN connections (OpenVPN, WireGuard).
  • Working with Linux Firewalls (ufw, iptables) and Docker containers (management, load optimization).
  • DNS management (creating and configuring domains and subdomains).
  • Administration of Microsoft Exchange (cloud and on-premises versions).
  • Setup of physical networks (cabling, connection configuration).
  • Shell scripting and working with Git pipelines.
  • Team collaboration and participation in business trips (if required).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong skills in Linux system administration.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting and Git pipelines.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and infrastructure design principles.
  • Willingness to work in a team and travel when needed.
  • Possession of an international passport and a personal car.
  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
