ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead the management of our IT infrastructure and ensure the stable operation of systems that support our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of IT operations teams, implementing and maintaining cutting-edge technologies, and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work in an international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure and resolving arising incidents.
- Administering Azure Active Directory (Admin and Global Admin roles).
- Administering Linux servers (Nginx, Apache, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform).
- Administering network devices (Microtik, Cisco routers and phones).
- Administering VPN connections (OpenVPN, WireGuard).
- Administering Linux Firewall (ufw, iptables).
- Administering Docker containers (version management, load distribution).
- Administering DNS servers (adding new domains and subdomains).
- Administering Microsoft Exchange (Azure and on-premises versions).
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and administering systems based on Linux and Windows.
- Willingness to travel and interact with international teams.
- Skills in working with automation and management systems such as Ansible, Terraform, and Docker.
- Ability to organize team work, plan, and execute projects.
- Network building experience.
- Ability to write Shell scripts and Git-Pipelines.
