ABOUT THE ROLE
AttoLabs is seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team and ensure high-quality gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements for complex IT solutions. In this role, you will be a key link between the customer and the development team, contributing to the delivery of high-tech systems for our European clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements for IT solutions;
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, and other project stakeholders;
- Prepare and align technical documentation: specifications, technical tasks, user stories;
- Manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle;
- Conduct interviews, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other requirement-gathering activities;
- Participate in testing processes and verify that the implemented functionality meets requirements;
- Initiate improvements to business processes and architectural solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst;
- Knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and project management (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall);
- Strong skills in business process modeling using UML and BPMN;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other modern requirement management platforms;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical documentation standards;
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams;
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level: participation in meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
- Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing projects;
- Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.);
- International certifications: CBAP, CCBA, REQB, or similar.
