ABOUT THE ROLE
AttoLabs is looking for a HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in building a strong corporate culture, developing HR processes, and creating an environment where employees feel engaged, supported, and inspired. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies in People Operations: onboarding, development, retention, and employee well-being.
- Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate culture aligned with AttoLabs' values.
- Organize learning and development activities, including internal training and external programs.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies across the organization.
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and drive initiatives for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure effective communication and leadership development.
- Support compensation, benefits, and non-monetary motivation processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in international or IT companies.
- Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, tools, and strategies.
- Experience in building and scaling HR processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience managing change and HR projects in a scaling organization.
- International HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR).
- Understanding of IT outsourcing and technical team dynamics.
